Total Swimming Appear at Bryanston Event For 11th Year Running

Total Swimming are once again providing the star athlete for the ASA South West Region Development Camp for the 11th consecutive year. Total Swimming are sending James Goddard to appear and lead 8 pool sessions and a presentation to all swimmers about his career.

James Goddard, Triple Olympian and Triple Commonwealth Gold Medallist, will be running 2 days of pool sessions and deliver an Olympic presentation to the 132 swimmers from clubs within the South West Region - all aged between 10-18 years old.

The camp provides an opportunity that helps competitive swimmers to develop their swimming skills and understanding their role and responsiblity which can be used in their home club environment. The swimmers split into 4 groups, each led by an ASA Level 3 Coach with an assistant coach at level 2 minimum and a chaperone.

Since 2004, the camp has been hosted at the Bryanston College, near Bournemouth, with almost 1,300 attendees, and 45% have attended on multiple occasions.

Total Swimming are proud to continue to support such an amazing competitive swimming opportunity alongside the ASA South West Region.
