Daley does it , as he and Goodfellow claim their medal.

It seems a long time ago now, as so much has happened in a week in Rio, but the Total Swimming MD Steve Parry was first on the spot to congratulate the GB synchronised diving pair of Tom Daley and Dan Goodfellow after they received their bronze medals in the 10 metre synchro dive.

The night was one of redemption for Daley who had narrowly missed out on bronze in the synchronized final last time in London back in 2012.

The pair told the boss how they felt waiting for the final result.

"It was an agonising wait that felt like it was an eternity. We were stood there and knew we had done a good dive but were didn't know if we'd done enough.

"It was just one of those moments where I knew how I would feel if it came up on the scoreboard that we finished fourth and I knew how I would feel if we finished third.”
