In the summer of 2009 Total Swimming brought swimming to one of London’s busiest areas by building a temporary swimming pool on the South Bank of the river Thames. This pool taught over 2000 people to swim in four weeks and also provided a outdoor facility for people to exercise and try new aquatics activities (water polo, life saving and more) all with the London skyline as an iconic backdrop.
