Total Madness in the Pool!

The last two weeks have been absolutely amazing, we've had world records, world champions and more records that we could possibly keep up with. British swimmers are seriously on form and there are some new stars to look out for now, not least Rebecca Adlington, who won World Short Course gold after an amazing week at the trials.

Youngster Ellan Gandy(16), Lizzie Simmonds(17) and Jemma Lowe(18) were just three of the new names set to go to their first Olympic Games. At the end of the scale, 37 year old speed merchant, Mark Foster, qualified for his fifth Olympic Games.

After the last two weeks you should feel inspired to work hard and achieve your swimming goals!

In diving wonder boy, Tom Daley, 13, has qualified for the Olympic Team amd won the European Championships - absolutely amazing and we're all really excited to see him dive in Beijing this summer.
