They are mine and Stephen's favourite meals and snacks, and they really are what he ate, right from his first club medal at Woolton Baths in Liverpool to "our" medal in Athens. The Mama P's Comments section carries excellent nutrition information and handy tips, and look out for what Stephen himself has to say about each recipe. I really didn't want his comments getting in the way but he insisted!
