Session 1: Focusing on managing heart rate for optimum training effects. Delivering a deeper understanding of 'efficient swimming' by monitoring heart rates over a number of sets.
Session 2: Underwater filming - stroke analysis and correction throughout the session. Every one receives personalised DVD.
Session 3: Starts and turns with featured Olympian. Fine tuning of closed skills.
Session 4: Sprints with optimum swim down. Sprint session exploring maximum speed swimming through using relevant kit (fins and paddles) to generate 'overspeed' and drills to assist sprint swimming.

Breakdown some of the key elements on each of the four strokes with the Coach. By using video footage and biomechanical techniques evaluate your own technique and how best to correct and optimise your stroke technique.
