Total Swimming's Premier Tri-Swim events are designed and tailored specifically with Open-Water swimmers and Triathletes in mind. The focus of the day is on highly intelligent technical feedback, on a personal level, for each athlete in attendance. Work alongside Olympic Open-Water superstars to improve your performance and "Take a Minute off Your Mile!"

The event includes:

* Indoor session at a World Class High Performance Centre with technical analysis and personal feedback from Athens 2004 Olympic swimmer and triathlon swimming coach ADRIAN TURNER. (Learn the fundamentals of fast, efficient frontcrawl... plus a few Tri secrets from the elite!)

* Individual underwater filming analysis and take-home DVD

* All-star demonstration, feedback and Q&A with Beijing 2008 Olympic BRONZE Medalist CASSIE PATTEN

* Classroom seminar sessions with performance level coach and athletes ("Training and Coaching Fundamentals for Triathlon Swimming" & "Multimedia Presentation: Just How Do Olympians Win...?")

* Open-Water swim at Salford Quays including a mini-race opportunity. (Learn to master drafting, competition starts, swimming 'in the pack', practising a 'panic-procedure' and much more)

* FREE 6-week post-event training plan for each athlete's level delivered by Adrian Turner
